Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate : $16.49 - $20.16 / hour

SummaryPerforms PBX switchboard operator duties which include; answering all internal and external calls to the hospital switchboard, overhead paging all emergency codes immediately and accurately, overhead paging physicians, staff and visitors, paging on call staff according to department specific on call schedule, using department scripts and protocols for all paging and codes. Schedules all work assignments to the switchboard staff to accommodate all shifts and staffing needs. Responsible for time keeping, payroll, scheduling working-hours, shifts and time off for staff. Creates reports for phone stats, call recordings and documentation. Performs research and assists with problem resolution. Ensures that all staff members maintain a professional and customer service focused environment while delivering exceptional care. Must have flexibility to work varied days, shifts and locations to meet the staffing needs of the department.Requirements
