We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Everett, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As part of the Financial Services industry, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT roles, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Create compelling job postings tailored to attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including technical assessments and panel discussions.
• Manage calendars and Teams meetings to ensure seamless scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent and attentive communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the hiring process.
• Track and update all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to present offers and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding.
• Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape for tech talent.
