The Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to join our Skilled Nursing team!

About the Position
You will ensure the delivery of person-centered, individualized and clinically competent care in the Assisted Living facility. You will also coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents by directing and supervising care staff and ensuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Supervise employees, including scheduling, training, assigning work, providing guidance and performance management, amongst other responsibilites.
