A company is looking for a Collections Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities :
Tracks customer payment platforms and initiates outreach to resolve delinquencies
Analyzes aging reports to prioritize daily collection worklists
Acts as a liaison for sales teams regarding payment status and billing discrepancies
Required Qualifications :
1-3 years of Business to Business collections experience
At least 1 year of SAP experience
Experience with Salesforce for customer service tickets
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
1-3 years of experience handling customer billing inquiries / disputes
