As a Marketing Partner , you’ll serve as a strategic growth advisor and execution partner for several client accounts within the agency. You’ll collaborate closely with founders and senior GTM leaders to design campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive measurable business growth.

This role offers the flexibility of freelance work with the stability and collaboration of an agency environment — plus real upside for high performance.

Top performers can earn over $200,000 per year through a combination of base pay, performance-based bonuses, and client success incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive client growth.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and performance goals.

Launch and optimize digital campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels.

Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and guide decision-making.

Collaborate with founders, growth strategists, and creative teams to ensure GTM alignment.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for scale.

Contribute to marketing playbooks and client deliverables with actionable insights.

Facilitate training and share best practices with peers to raise team performance.

Support client presentations, reporting, and strategy sessions as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or startup GTM roles.

Proven success developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.

Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by ownership, autonomy, and performance outcomes.
