Warehouse Worker / Material Handler

Join a confidential operation supporting the defense industry. We’re hiring a dependable Warehouse Worker / Material Handler to complete day-to-day warehouse tasks safely and by the book under all local, state, and federal regulations.

What you’ll do

Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping with accurate documentation.

Operate pallet jacks / forklifts and material handling equipment (training available) while following SOPs and PPE requirements.

Maintain a clean, compliant warehouse; handle labeled containers and consolidate material as directed.

Support inventory control (counts, reconciliations, documentation accuracy).

Follow all safety policies and environmental compliance procedures; immediately report hazards / near misses.

What you’ll bring

Active security clearance or VantageClear credential (required).

Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.

Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.

Basic computer skills for logs, labels, and inventory entries.

Team attitude and clear communication.

Nice to have : Forklift certification, prior warehouse / material handling experience, familiarity with environmental / sustainability operations.
