Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
- The Sr/Lead .NET Azure Developer will lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable .NET applications.
- This role involves writing clean and well-documented code, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements.
- The developer will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
- Continuous learning and improvement of development practices are essential.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET and Azure development.
- Experience in application development.
- Experience leading application development.
- Experience with government enterprise application management and customization.
- Clean, efficient coding practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 8 years of recent experience with Microsoft .NET/Azure development.
- 5 years of application development experience.
- 2 years of application development lead experience.
- Experience with government systems such as Accela or OpenGov (preferred).
- Lead design and development of .NET applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and improve development processes.
- Local government experience (preferred).
- Strong experience with C#, , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , Blazor.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of SDLC models and design patterns.
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
