Facilities Manager

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Facilities Department operations and manage maintenance contractors

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Develop and manage the annual department budget and support capital appropriation projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical

Five or more years of equipment and facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing

Minimum five years of prior supervisory experience

Extensive knowledge of EHS local, state, and federal regulations

Lean manufacturing experience or Six Sigma certification preferred
