Must have experience with Figma

Education / Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in User Experience

OR

• 10+ years working in User Experience without a Degree

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in User experience
• Knowledge and / or experience in enterprise mobile application experience
• Someone with a lot of mobile experience and wanting to continue in mobile technology
• Someone who has developed excellent / expert technical skills, meaning Figma, and still wants to grow in their career
• Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically
• Someone who is a UX generalist and not necessarily a specialist
• Someone who has developed excellent / expert technical skills, meaning Figma, and still wants to grow in their career

Job Duties :

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high-quality design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)
