Job Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree from a four-year university with a record of excellent academic achievement

Strong quantitative and accounting skills, and a strong command of the English language

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling, research techniques, and valuation methodologies

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, team-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to work well within a tight-knit team and exercise sound judgment in effectively carrying out responsibilities

Minimum two to three years of investment banking or real estate finance experience

In-person role based in Las Vegas, NV; local roots or a demonstrated long-term commitment to the Las Vegas market are prerequisites

JobDescription :

Work on a variety of transactions at all stages, from initial client pitches to transaction closings, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, presentations, term sheets, due diligence, and investor marketing

Communicate financial information and complex strategic issues clearly, concisely, and effectively

Lead the creation of transaction marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations

Assist in the execution of transactions, including preparation and oversight of virtual data rooms and coordination of client and third-party due diligence

Manage multiple responsibilities under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
