Key Responsibilities
Manage and document issues reported by employees in the ticketing system
Evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests, identifying solutions through diagnostic processes
Assist users in implementing requests and maintain user account information
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of customer service experience in an IT environment
Knowledge of various computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
