Front-of-House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Honor and uphold the vision, mission, philosophy, principles, and values of Chick-fil-A Hopkinsville.
• Create eye contact.
• Share a smile.
• Speak with a friendly tone.
• Always say, "My pleasure."
• Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Complete duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 5-25 pounds on a regular basis

Back-of-House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Honor and uphold the vision, mission, philosophy, principles, and values of Chick-fil-A Hopkinsville.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food preparation.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Complete duties as assigned.
