Graphic Designer Hybrid

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing design solutions for both in-store and print channels delivering a cohesive and elevated client experience at scale. This role reports to the Manager of In-Store & Print and collaborates closely with Designers Production Designers Writers Photographers and Stylists. They work in partnership with the broader One Creative Team and cross-functional teams including Merchandising Integrated Marketing and Member Marketing as we continue to grow evolve and innovate.

The ideal candidate has retail experience and a strong eye for creating impactful large-scale visual solutions that maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints. They excel at translating complex information into clean clear design with strong hierarchy and refined aesthetics that align with brand standards. This role requires both creative and production capabilities-balancing big-picture thinking with executional excellence. The right candidate is a self-starter who is organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this highly cross-functional role.
