Project Overview
This role leads the end-to-end technical delivery of the Customer Self-Service Lobby Companion application. The Lead Developer IV owns architecture and execution across mobile, backend, and integration layers, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines architectural ownership with active development and team guidance from design through production.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & System Ownership
- Own the overall system architecture across mobile applications, backend services, messaging / event processing, and data layers
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Technical Design Leadership
Lead architecture and development of an Angular application wrapped with Ionic and CapacitorDefine modular architecture, state management, and mobile-first design patternsDesign event-driven workflows, push notifications, real-time updates, and authentication flowsHands-On Delivery & Leadership
Act as a player / coach for the mobile teamSet coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor developersOwn CI / CD pipelines, iOS builds, signing, release processes, and delivery readinessQuality, Performance & Security
Drive best practices for iOS performance optimization, security, authentication, offline support, and resiliencyEnsure the application is stable, scalable, and production-readyCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with backend, kiosk, QA, and DevOps teamsParticipate in Agile / Scrum ceremoniesContribute to technical direction, solution analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications
