    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Supply Chain and Operations Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and strategy for global supply chain functions, including supply management, supplier quality and development, advanced manufacturing engineering, technology and automation, materials management, logistics, and global product quality. This role involves close collaboration with business unit leadership, manufacturing operations, and product engineering to create and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's business objectives. The VP will also lead a high-performing global team, drive supply chain as a competitive advantage, and ensure the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in operations and supply chain, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying global supply chain vision and strategic plans, as well as superior skills in lean, process, and automation. They must demonstrate the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong focus on integrity and driving business success. The role also requires a willingness to travel and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
