Your Role :

As a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in a compassionate team committed to enhancing our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include :

• Monitoring patients attentively and creating a comforting atmosphere within the community.
• Performing regular checks on patients' vital signs with care and respect for their comfort and well-being.
• Assisting patients in adhering to their medication regimens to build trust and consistency.
• Collaborating effectively with RNs and other healthcare team members to ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Building strong relationships with residents' families, serving as a bridge for open communication and support.
