As a Surgical Technologist I in our General Specialty department, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch surgical care. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to excellence in patient care.

Job Highlights :

  • Full-time position with evening shifts (8 or 10-hour shifts) and occasional overnight and weekend call.
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates, with additional $2,000 for PM shift roles.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment, utilizing aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
  • Manage the setup of operating rooms and ensure the function of surgical equipment.
  • Transport patients and supplies as needed, demonstrating attention to safety and efficiency.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Recent completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
