Job Type : Full Time Location : Portland, Oregon, Oregon Pay : Great Pay, Benefits Job Description What you will be doing:

• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and manage high-quality pharmaceutical care services for patients, clients, and staff.
• Represent the region and/or ministry on system, regional, and local committees.
• Organize and coordinate safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapy.
• Support the development, well-being, and education for pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff.
• Meet operational, productivity, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate investigational drug services.
• Promote medication safety through surveillance and education of pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff.
• Assist in budgeting and interact with human resources and talent development.
• Engage in succession planning and develop relationships with other leaders and caregivers at the ministry.
• Manage medication formulary, order-set standardization, and advance clinical pharmacy activities.
• Coordinate pharmacy's involvement as part of multidisciplinary teams and reduce clinical variation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement new technologies and processes.
• Optimize purchasing and inventory management.
• Coordinate onboarding and continuing education for staff and non-pharmacy departments.
• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) of one or more pharmacies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
• 2 years of Pharmacy experience in the applicable area.
• Preferred: PharmD.
• 1 year of Management experience.
