The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing sales projects, developing strategies and plans to meet customer needs, and contributing to the leadership and guidance of our sales team goals and objectives. We are willing to train!

We’re looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:
Self-Possessed: You thrive independently and are comfortable working in residential neighborhoods.
Passionate and Persevering: You have a fire within you to excel and achieve results.
Comfortable with Roof Inspections: You’ll be inspecting roofs, so being at ease with climbing ladders and assessing damage is essential.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Client-Focused Approach: You’ll guide homeowners through the claims process, meeting with insurance adjusters and ensuring a smooth experience.
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation: You’ll need these to get around and meet clients.
