Summary of Responsibilities

The Senior Construction Manager oversees the Production Department, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Purchasing Coordinators, and Warranty operations. You’ll ensure all residential design-build projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with JRP’s high-quality standards.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams with professionalism, enforce consistent processes, and provide operational guidance across multiple departments. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, and Development to ensure constructability and production-focused solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Functions

Departmental Oversight & Leadership :

• Lead Production Department personnel with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Conduct recurring Production meetings and represent Production in leadership discussions.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
