Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team. This unique role offers the exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to our diverse patient population within our established clinic setting, while also contributing to our cutting-edge Virtualist Program.

The Opportunity : You will play a vital role in our patient care model, dividing your time between direct patient encounters in our clinic and providing virtual care services from a HIPAA-compliant location (e.g., dedicated office space, approved home office). This hybrid approach allows for a broader scope of practice, enhanced work-life balance, and the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic-Based Family Medicine (appro x. 50% of time) :

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages (infants to geriatrics), including preventative care, acute and chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and practice protocols.
• Perform minor in-office procedures (e. g., Derm / MSK procedures and Nexplanon]).
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, MAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.

Pay Range

$44.73 - $75.14 / hour
