Job Description :
Log into each county court website daily
Search for new filings across lead types :
Extract key details from each filing, including :
Enter data accurately into a designated data sheet
Avoid duplicates and maintain data accuracy
Label files by county and date for organization
Upload data to the master lead list or dashboard
Provide a short daily report summarizing :
Must Haves :
Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for accurate data entry and organization
Strong communication skills to provide clear daily reports and updates on progress or issues
Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicates
Strong consistency and reliability must complete daily data pulls and uploads without fail
Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours while meeting daily deadlines
Basic research and web navigation skills to efficiently locate and extract information from county court websites
Home Office Requirements :
