Qualifications and Responsibilities

2-6 years’ experience in Employment litigation

Skilled at drafting and arguing motions

Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation

Actively participate in mediations and negotiating settlements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Member of the CA bar in good standing
