Description

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities in this Role Include:

1. Lead a team of 11–15 employees to deliver a fast, friendly, clean experience
2. Motivate and coach team members to meet performance and service goals
3. Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations during your shift
4. Drive membership sales and customer satisfaction
5. Identify and report facility issues, and help coordinate timely repairs
6. Monitor car counts, chemical usage, and utility efficiency
7. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
8. Report updates to your Site Manager and District Manager

A Typical Day Might Include

1. Completing a site walk to ensure safety and cleanliness
2. Coaching team members on service and operations
3. Supporting customers at the pay station or on site
4. Ensuring cars move efficiently through the wash
5. Training a new employee or reinforcing company policies
6. Reporting employee concerns or maintenance issues

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Prior leadership experience in a retail, service, or car wash environment preferred
3. Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
4. Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
5. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
6. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
7. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
