Secretary / Part-Time

Duties Description Secretary / Part-Time Lends support to the staff by producing formal typewritten or printed documents, and by providing communication services such as reception of visitors, routing of calls and messages, and maintenance of information and files. Responsible for typing or printing the written work product as needed, and other clerical and communications functions including : Maintaining the schedule for the Deputy Director(s) and Director(s). Preparation of memoranda, correspondence, reports, notices, bill drafts, public mailings, and other routine documents. Receiving and routing telephone requests, and Maintaining a filing system. - Performs routine clerical operations, such as preparing supply lists, routing mail and obtaining messengers. - Reports to the Office Manager / Administrative Officer. - PERFORMS SUCH OTHER DUTIES AS ARE NECESSARY TO THE PROPER OPERATION OF THIS OFFICE. The shifts would be Monday Tuesday and Friday evenings, 5 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm and Saturday 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm, with some overtime. Minimum Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS : Administrative and Clerical experience, strong writing / communication skills, attention to details; scheduling. Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
