RFP Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for an RFP Proposal Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response efforts in a deadline-intensive environment

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize content

Develop compliant, competitive, and polished proposal and presentation materials

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting proposal, RFP, or RFI development

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Proficiency with collaboration and content tools (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel, Adobe)

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
