Primary Purpose :

The RN is a licensed professional responsible for coordinating patient care delivery, focusing on specific patient populations and health conditions. The nursing process includes assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, developing tailored care plans, and evaluating patient responses. The RN also helps patients navigate their healthcare encounters efficiently and without preventable complications.
