Nmble Medical is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary rehab environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams (PT, OT, physicians, nursing)
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, strategies, and progress
- Participate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive (or eligible) Indiana SLP licenseCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or in progress)Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a rehab-focused, patient-centered settingExperience in inpatient rehab, outpatient, SNF, or acute care preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)Nmble Medical partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to provide flexible, high-quality clinical staffing solutions.
