[job_card.job_description]Educate potential clients on TruBlue's range of home maintenance, renovation and handyman services Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to Establish relationships with HOAs, property managers, real estate professionals, senior service providers, Represent TruBlue at community events, business expos, and networking groups to promote brand Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly sales goals with a focus on sustainable growth Proven sales experience (B2C and / or B2B) preferred, but not required Self-motivated with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with the northern Virginia area and local communities is a plus Passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's homes and lives Must have reliable transportation 100% Commission-Based 5% of net job revenue for up to $100,000 in sales 8% of net job revenue for $100,000 or more in sales Unlimited earning potential based on performance Performance bonuses and incentives may be available
