We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Die Cutter Operator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in troubleshooting, food safety, folding carton, and cutting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our die cutting machinery, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities :

1. Operating and maintaining die cutting machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

2. Troubleshooting any machinery issues that arise and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

3. Ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards in all operations.

4. Producing high-quality folding cartons, ensuring precision in cutting and folding processes.

5. Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.

6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure production goals are met.

7. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.

8. Providing regular reports on machine performance and production output.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience operating die cutting machinery in a manufacturing setting.

2. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues.

3. Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and their application in a manufacturing environment.

4. Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality folding cartons.

5. Solid understanding of cutting processes and techniques.

6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

8. Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
