Exciting Opportunity in the Alpharetta, GA area : Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP

PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We' re currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in the Alpharetta, GA area. Salary range is $77, 000-$87, 000 based on experience.

Qualifications :

  • Master' s Degree in Communication Disorders or equivalent
  • GA SLP license
  • Previous pediatric experience preferred

Position Details :

  • Schedule : Full time and part time opportunities available, as well as 1099 per visit ($70 / hour)
  • Hours : open M-F, full time hours are considered 30+ per week
  • Setting : outpatient pediatric clinic
  • In-person only
  • Daily documentation time twice daily, most tx sessions are 30 min, some feeding sessions are 60m

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
  • Supervise CF clinicians when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.

  • Clinic offers a monthly stipend for insurance of $375 for your medical premium and $75 for reimbursables
  • Monthly bonus program available based on a 78% monthly show rate; you' ll add extra PTO or cash in the bank, resets monthly
  • PTO includes 8 company holidays(if it' s a scheduled work day) and 13 personal days
