A company is looking for a Represented Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster (TN, MS, KY) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney / litigation involvement

Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service

Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

Experience in claims handling or a related field

Knowledge of automobile accident investigation processes

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with negotiation techniques in settlement processes

Must reside in one of the specified states (TN, MS, KY)
