Production Coordinator

Archer Meat Snacks the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel is seeking a Production Coordinator to support and streamline daily plant operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will be a key driver of efficiency, training, and continuous improvement across our Vernon facility.

You'll take ownership of performance tracking, documentation, and safety initiatives while partnering cross-functionally on plant-wide projects. What You'll Own & Impact :

• Develop and deliver detailed work instructions to ensure compliance and support associate training
• Enter, analyze, and communicate daily KPI data, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain and manage the plant-wide project calendar, coordinating priorities across teams
• Own the production training matrix, ensuring training records are accurate and up to date
• Oversee production tool logs and digitize production forms into the Safety Chain system
• Lead 5S initiatives with production leads and conduct weekly safety walkthroughs
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to execute CI projects focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and quality
• Create production work orders in ERP and assist with verifying inventory and builds
• Provide additional support to Production Manager and Supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations
