Overview

The role focuses on scalable infrastructure development, trade booking, portfolio maintenance, and risk monitoring. The team is small within a large and growing business, so the candidate should be able to work autonomously, add value to derivatives operations, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit.

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Assist with trade booking, trade reporting, portfolio maintenance, position monitoring for a global portfolio of FX and interest rate derivatives
  • Work closely with trading counterparties on post-trade matters including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement
  • Produce daily, monthly and quarterly trade and position reports for senior management
  • Liaise with internal finance and operations teams on trade-related issues
  • Monitor risk, positioning and counterparty exposure limits
  • Perform special projects related to internal treasury operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Math or related major
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in operations, middle office, or trade support role with exposure to FX and / or interest rate derivatives
  • Proficiency with derivative trading systems and ECNs, Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, and data analytics (Power BI / Tableau / SQL)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency
