• Float Requirements : (Must be willing to other units at Fraizer)

Unit Information :

• Number of Beds : 28
• Patient Ratios : Day Shift - 1 : 6 -Night Shift 1 : 8
• Equipment : Tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, vents
• EMR : Cerner and ITW

Hiring Profile :

• Must Have Skills / Experience : Trach Care and G-Tube
• Preferred Skillset / Experience : Med Surg
• Type of Patients on Unit : Spinal Floor / Brain Injury
• Personality Fit : Compassionate, Communicates and willing to educate patients and family, Self-Learner

Dress Code :

• Scrub Color : Galaxy Blue
• Any unacceptable attire : hoodies, t-shirt, sweatshirts, and any outside of the uniform
