Financial Systems Analyst I

The Financial Systems Analyst I provides financial analysis, budget execution, and funds tracking support. This role involves working with Navy financial systems and supporting multiple branches and divisions with professional-level financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis and budget preparation.
• Track and allocate funds across multiple Navy projects and departments.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, linked spreadsheets).
• Process and integrate financial data using Department of the Navy (DON) systems and approved software.
• Support incoming and outgoing funding documentation processes.
• Verify accounting data accuracy and coordinate with departments for supporting documentation.
• Conduct follow-up actions and ensure funding packages are complete and properly stored.
• Assist program analysts with tasking and work assignments.
• Analyze financial spreadsheets to identify trends and issues.
• Maintain and update financial logs and respond to data call

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business discipline
• 3+ years of directly related experience
• Experience with Navy financial and administrative systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Navy ERP (N-ERP) reports and modules
• Familiarity with Navy processes and systems

Compensation:

$81,120 $112,320 per year Compensation for positions at Centurum vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
