What We're Looking for :

  • Experience : At least 2 years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency.
  • Licensure : Current, unrestricted AZ State license, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Board Certification : Board certification / eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Certifications : Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • DEA Registration : Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
  • Medicare / Medicaid : Active Medicare / Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
  • Communication : Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and colleagues alike.
  • Tech Proficiency : Comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Athena preferred.
