The Role

As a Regional Program Manager, you will lead a team of coaches and manage the daily operational logistics to ensure high-quality programs within your region. This role works within the Field Operations department, directly reporting to the Operations Manager.

This position's target annual base pay range is $68,000 - $72,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
