As the

CEO

, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and person-centered care. You'll guide our team with integrity and accountability, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, optimizing operational performance, and building trust with residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of facility operations including staffing, compliance, resident care, and safety

Develop and enforce policies that promote quality outcomes and regulatory compliance

Lead budgeting and financial oversight to ensure fiscal health

Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care

Support and expand dementia care, assisted living, home care, and developmental disability programs

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations

Promote staff engagement, retention, and professional development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Active

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

license in

Washington State

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration

Deep understanding of CMS guidelines, P&L management, and healthcare operations

Proven leadership skills with a track record of team building and resident satisfaction

Familiarity with dementia care, home health services, and developmental disabilities programs
