About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and enhancing high-quality software applications. You will work closely with other engineers, business stakeholders, product managers and remote engineering teams to perform your roles in an effective manner. What You Will Do

Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer-facing software applications

Development : Performing hotfixes, enhancing application features by working with the core engineering team by adopting engineering best practices and test-driven development

Technical Support : Interacting with internal stakeholders to understand their problems and provide technical solutions ensuring business continuity

Technical Documentation : Creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides

Product Testing : Assisting in testing new products or software updates to identify and fix bugs

What Skills & Experience You Should Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Sound programming skills in one or more languages Python preferred (e.g., C#, Java, Python)

Experience in building and maintaining microservices (RESTful APIs)

Familiarity with developing and deploying applications into AWS or Azure

Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
