Senior Demand and Supply Planner

As a Senior Demand and Supply Planner at Restaurant Technologies , you will be responsible for demand and supply planning, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. You will have strong Oracle Fusion, R11 or R12 skills including experience using the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) functionality within Oracle. You will drive progress through collaboration with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

Location and Travel :  This is a fully remote position but must live in the continental United States; up to 10% travel primarily to corporate in Minneapolis for inventory support.

Compensation : You can expect an annual compensation range of $100,000-$110,000 with a 10% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

Utilize Oracle Fusion MRP for :

• Demand Planning : Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, historical data, and market intelligence.
• Supply Planning : Develop integrated supply plans by collaborating with repair, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of demand.
• Inventory Management : Optimize Depot and Corporate inventory levels for the whole business to minimize excess / obsolete stock while ensuring sufficient availability to meet customer needs.

Utilize additional Oracle Fusion planning methodologies where appropriate including Min Max and Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR).

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Process Improvement : Identify risks and opportunities within the supply- demand network and recommend adjustments.

Performance Reporting : Develop, analyze and present forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Additional responsibilities as assigned including supporting physical inventory activities.
