What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team
- Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals
- Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting
- Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal
- Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication
- Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required :
Prior experience as a Property ManagerSolid understanding of Fair Housing lawsStrong leadership and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independentlyExperience with Entrata or similar property management softwarePreferred :

This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks :
