Job Title : Program Manager (Network Grooming)

Location : Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale network decommissioning and migration project. This role involves managing a team of eight network engineers, coordinating resources across a 24x6 schedule, and ensuring timely execution of project milestones. You will oversee planning, testing, and maintenance activities for a broad range of network technologies, while providing regular updates to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations and lead a team of eight network engineers.
• Allocate resources and adjust schedules weekly to meet project demands.
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly status reports and readouts to leadership.
• Coordinate network grooming activities, including traffic migration and equipment removal from central office locations.
• Partner with leadership and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, processes, and access requirements.
• Oversee vendor coordination and executive reporting.

Exposure to Cisco / Juniper routers and high-speed interfaces (GigE, 10G, 100G).
