Enrollment Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enrollment Operations Coordinator to support our team during the busy open enrollment period. In this role, you will manage client health insurance policy changes with multiple carriers, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and assist with creating and distributing enrollment materials. Your work will be critical in delivering a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process additions and deletions of health insurance policies with various carriers during open enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client enrollment records.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Assist with the creation, updating, and distribution of enrollment guides.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding enrollment status.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay current on enrollment procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the enrollment team.
