ProSidian Seeks a Senior Level Receptionist for Program Support on a Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting / Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Senior Level Receptionist candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Receptionist Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Receptionist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Supervise front desk staff and daily workflow.

Oversee visitor management and customer inquiries.

Coordinate reception scheduling and coverage.

Desired Qualifications For Senior Level Receptionist Candidates :

3+ years reception or customer service experience, with supervisory duties.

High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Leadership, organization, customer engagement.

Professional demeanor, reliability, team coordination.

May assist with facility scheduling for events.

Responsible for reception training and onboarding.

Acts as escalation point for customer concerns at reception.
