Surgical Services - Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Position / Specialty: OR CST Shift: Will work 3x12s, days, 6:30A-7:00P as needed. Including 1 weekend shift (630a-7p Saturday OR Sunday) per month. with holiday rotation Weekend REQ: 1 wknd shift (0630-7p) Saturday or Sunday per month Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Yes, will be considered one case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift Hospital Highlights The Main Operating Room is within a level-one, academic trauma center. There are 21- OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include; Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics. Please know that you may be expected to staff the full variety of cases that the Main OR supports. The nursing teams consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologist. RN s are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures. The Main OR is a busy and dynamic nurse driven, Magnet designated department, that provides cutting-edge technology to the citizens of SC. Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 820 Scrub Color: Provided Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred fees.
