Your Mission

As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of client care, offering behavioral and socially rehabilitative services that help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide the support they need in key areas such as emotional wellbeing, finances, social life, and career goals. You’ll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every client gets the comprehensive care they deserve.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Crisis Management Hero: In times of crisis, you’ll be there with the right tools and support to guide your clients through tough moments and resolve challenges with empathy and expertise.
  • Promote Wellness: You’ll work tirelessly to help clients achieve wellness across all aspects of their lives—spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and socially.
  • Advocate for Change: Be the voice for clients who may be struggling with legal, financial, or societal challenges. Your advocacy will help them overcome obstacles and thrive.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Relevant Background: A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field—or a solid combo of education and real-world experience.
