Pay Breakdown

• Training Pay (First 46 Weeks) : $650 per week
• Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade : $1,000 to $1,400+ weekly
• Mileage Pay (Post-Training) : $0.43-$0.51 CPM (based on experience)
• Stop Pay : $15 per stop once upgraded
• Equipment : Assigned late-model automatic tractor after solo qualification

Drivers are paid weekly, and most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training benchmarks are met.
