ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Work five 8-hour shifts per week

On-call coverage 2-3 days per week plus every 3rd weekend

Must live 50+ miles from facility (no local candidates)

Return to office (RTO) requirements up to 5 days

2 years current hospital experience required

OR circulate experience required with orthopedic procedures (total hip, total knee), general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, urology, ENT, and endoscopy

Arterial line, central line, and IV start skills required

Ventilator and BiPAP experience required

Required certifications : ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

BSN degree preferred

Previous travel experience preferred

Must provide skills checklist current within one year

One supervisory signed reference from past two years required

New Hampshire nursing license required
