Risk Adjustment Supervisor

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor, Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the review of medical records and physician assessment forms

Provide feedback and support to team members while managing daily operations

Ensure compliance with CMS risk adjustment coding guidelines and oversee quality review processes

Required Qualifications

Associates degree in a related healthcare field or equivalent experience

2 years of management and / or leadership experience required

3 years of progressive medical coding and healthcare experience required

Professional coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC is required

Must acquire the Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certificate within the first year of employment
